Organizer Main View

Creating new Live Documents.

To create a new document, click on the "Create Document" button. from the user dashboard page (the default page that you see when you log in).

Once you’ve created a Live Document, you can view and edit it within a browser from anywhere. You can also share it securely with your contacts - Live Documents gives you unprecedented control over your documents by allowing you to specify who can access your documents and what each person can do with it - you can revoke or modify permissions at any point of time and all such changes are propagated immediately.

Importing existing documents.

You can import an existing document and convert it to a Live Document in two ways - firstly, you can log in to your account from a browser and click on the "Create Document" button - from this screen, you can choose to upload a document from your system - Live Documents automatically converts this document into a form that makes it possible to view and edit the same in a browser.

Alternatively, if you have installed the Live Documents client, you can click on the "Share this document" button on the Live Documents toolbar within Word, Excel or PowerPoint and a web version is automatically created for you - this mechanism offers greater fidelity than the upload variation.
