We believe people need a simple way to work together on their documents without worrying about peripheral issues like versions, formats and control. To that end, we have set out to build a suite of tools that makes "working together painfree".

Our technology platform is unique - a new model that merges the collaborative capabilities of the Internet with the richness and responsiveness of existing desktop applications such as the Microsoft Office suite to create a user experience that is congruent on both the browser and desktop. We would like to think of this model as a "Services PLUS Software" value proposition.

Each day, people send billions of emails and faxes to each other. Millions of documents are exchanged via email every day. While there is always a need for improved communication tools, existing collaboration solutions are too complex, too unreliable and/or too expensive.

To that end, we have built simple, affordable services for sharing documents over the Internet without needing to sacrifice your desktop productivity applications if you choose not to. On the other hand, if you are comfortable with working on your documents in a browser, we simulate your desktop application experience within the browser to give you the choice and flexibility of not requiring desktop applications like Mircrosoft Office to work on your documents.

Our product interface in the browser is merely an extension of applications that you are used to and familiar with - Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. There are no confusing "modes" of operation, so there is nothing to learn or install.
